The WSJ/Vistage Small Business CEO Confidence Index rose to 109.5 in November, the highest level in 3-1/2 years.
Expectations for the future of the U.S. economy saw the highest increase in the proportion expecting the economy to improve, jumping 27 percentage points to reach 63% in November.
79% expect their company's sales to increase in the next year.
69% expect their company's profit to increase next year.
64% expect to increase their number of employees next year.
